Is it a Cold or the Flu?
Here are a few tips on determinig if you have a cold or the flu:

Cold symptoms include stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, chest discomfort and cough. Fever is rare.

Flu symptoms are high fever (100 degrees or higher), general aches and pain, fatigue, weakness, chest discomfort
     and cough can become severe.

The best way to prevent the spread of colds and the flu is to practice good handwashing and covering your cough or sneeze with tissue. If you do not have a tissue, cover your cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hand.
